Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday during showroom hours. For a dedicated private demonstration with a specialist, we recommend booking in advance — call or WhatsApp us to schedule.
What is the minimum budget for a project?
We work across a wide range of budgets. A quality hi-fi system can start from ₹1.5 lakhs, a multi-room audio setup from ₹2.5 lakhs, and a dedicated home cinema from ₹8 lakhs. We’ll always find the best solution for your budget.
Do you only serve Bangalore?
Our showroom is in Bangalore, but we undertake projects across South India. For outstation projects, an additional site visit fee may apply. Contact us to discuss your location.
Can you work with my interior designer?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure audio and technology solutions are seamlessly integrated into the overall design from the start.
How long does installation take?
A hi-fi system installation typically takes one day. A full home cinema takes 3–5 days. A complete smart home integration can range from one to several weeks depending on scope. We’ll give you a detailed timeline upfront.
What warranty and support do you provide?
All products carry manufacturer warranty. Our installation work carries a 1-year service warranty. We also offer optional annual maintenance contracts that include calibration visits, firmware updates, and priority support.
Can you upgrade my existing system?
Yes — system upgrades and calibration of existing equipment are a core part of what we do. Bring us what you have, tell us what you feel is missing, and we’ll recommend the right path forward.
Do you offer home visits for assessment?
Yes. For larger projects, a home site visit is part of our standard process. Our specialist will assess the space, room acoustics, and infrastructure before preparing your proposal — at no extra charge within Bangalore.
